"What a refreshing experience. I have a 10 year old refrigerator and the ice maker quit working. When Steve came over he was very knowledgeable and explained (after checking it out) what could be wrong. He explained the cost of the different scenarios and I said I didn’t want to put too much money into an older appliance. He told me refrigerators were now built he never tried to talk me into fixing it. He was honest and very professional. He will have my business for all my appliances from this day forward!
